                 Host City
Hangzhou—capital of Zhejiang Province in East China—sits at the southern end of the Grand Canal and is one of China’s seven ancient national capitals. When Marco Polo came to Hangzhou in the 13th century, he declared it to be “the most beautiful and elegant city in the world.” There is a popular saying in China “above there is heaven,
below there are Hangzhou and Suzhou.” Hangzhou’s “heavenly” beauty attracts thousands of tourists to its exquisite West Lake (Xi Hu) area each year who enjoy the placid lake, beautiful gardens, reflecting pools, lavish temples, and lakeside teahouses.

Zhejiang University of Technology (ZJUT) is a comprehensive key university administered both by the Zhejiang Provincial Government and the Ministry of Education. The history of the University can be traced back to 1910, when the Zhejiang Intermediate School of Technology was first founded.

论文征稿 

论文可以英文或中文撰写,所提交论文均应为未经发表过的最新成果。英文论文应按要求格式提交,经专家审稿通过后由以会议论文集形式正式出版(IEEE会议论文集,确保EI检索,EI检索类型为CA),对于质量较高的英文论文,根据作者需要,会务组可协助推荐到相关的EI/SCI期刊发表。中文论文作为大会内部交流资料,不再单独出版中文会议论文集,学术委员会将组织相关领域的专家对所投中文稿件进行评审,并择优推荐30篇论文至《中国公路学报》专刊(正刊)和《桥梁建设》专刊(正刊),稿件质量和相关要求应符合投稿期刊的要求。

大会语言为英文、中文通用。大会鼓励学者进行口头报告,凡提交中英文报告摘要者经审核通过,均安排会议口头报告,口头报告可以使用英文或中文交流。

Conference Papers
The conference papers can be submitted in English or Chinese and should present latest achievements by the authors that have not been published previously. The submitted English papers should be in the required format and will be reviewed by experts, if approved, will be published by IEEE conference papers. The experts will recommend a subset of papers in high quality, based on author’s need, to be published in the special issue of a high-ranking international journal (EI/SCI). The Chinese papers will serve as internal communication materials for the conference, and no longer to be published in collections. The academic committee will organize experts to review the submitted Chinese papers, and will recommend 30 excellent papers to be published in the special journal (China Highway Journal and Transport and Bridge Construction). The quality of the manuscript and related requirements should be met for the contributing journal.
The conference encourages young scholars, as well as doctoral, postgraduate, and senior students to make oral presentations (the presentation language can be in English or Chinese).

2019桥梁结构防震减灾与工程创新国际会议 

当前,我国开展长江三角洲、粤港澳、京津冀、长江经济带、西部大开发以及一带一路等国家重大战略中,交通基础设施仍然是重点任务。桥梁结构作为交通基础设施的关键节点,是我国新型城镇化建设、区域经济可持续发展的重要支撑。我国及“一带一路”沿线国家和地区多为灾害高发地带,提升桥梁等基础设施工程结构的防灾减灾能力对保障区域经济、社会正常运行和健康发展具有重要作用。近年来,地震灾害给人们带来了巨大的伤害和严重的财产损失,也促使了学术界和工程界对结构抗震及减震学科的深入思考。为推动我国桥梁结构抗震及减隔震控制技术的发展,针对延性抗震、减隔震技术、韧性设计、多灾害作用及结构极端破坏等前沿领域开展了大量研究工作,为桥梁结构安全提供了重要理论和技术支撑,更为构建基础设施系统灾后功能可恢复提供了新思路和新方法。为充分展示抗震防灾及多灾害领域的最新进展,促进科研桥梁结构防震减灾与多灾害韧性科研、教学、设计、生产的交流与合作,提升桥梁结构防震减灾的理论、试验、计算、设计、施工和应用等方面的水平,竭诚欢迎全世界相关领域专家、学者和工程技术人员加本次学术会议。 

2019 International Conference on Engineering Innovation and Seismic Mitigation of Bridges (ICEISMB 2019) 

Invitation

Bridges across the world are constantly threatened by multiple-hazards, and their resilience is often a key a factor for recovery efforts in the aftermath of extreme events. Moreover, bridges constantly service large and repeated loads and are prone to environmental factors, therefore maintaining a target operational performance during their service lives is often a complex undertaking—requiring a convergence of multidisciplinary research and practice.

The 2019 International Conference on Innovations of Aseismicity and Hazard Mitigation for Bridges brings together experts, academic scholars and practitioners engaged in the design, construction, and maintenance of bridges. It will be held in Hangzhou, China on December 20-22, 2019, and will enable exchanging ideas and achievements, and dissemination of research outcomes and state of the art engineering practice.
