Welcome to ICEISMB 2019! 

论文征稿 

论文可以英文或中文撰写,所提交论文均应为未经发表过的最新成果。英文论文应按要求格式提交,经专家审稿通过后由以会议论文集形式正式出版(IEEE会议论文集,确保EI检索,EI检索类型为CA),对于质量较高的英文论文,根据作者需要,会务组可协助推荐到相关的EI/SCI期刊发表。中文论文作为大会内部交流资料,不再单独出版中文会议论文集,学术委员会将组织相关领域的专家对所投中文稿件进行评审,并择优推荐30篇论文至《中国公路学报》专刊(正刊)和《桥梁建设》专刊(正刊),稿件质量和相关要求应符合投稿期刊的要求。

大会语言为英文、中文通用。大会鼓励学者进行口头报告,凡提交中英文报告摘要者经审核通过,均安排会议口头报告,口头报告可以使用英文或中文交流。

Conference Papers
The conference papers can be submitted in English or Chinese and should present latest achievements by the authors that have not been published previously. The submitted English papers should be in the required format and will be reviewed by experts, if approved, will be published by IEEE conference papers. The experts will recommend a subset of papers in high quality, based on author’s need, to be published in the special issue of a high-ranking international journal (EI/SCI). The Chinese papers will serve as internal communication materials for the conference, and no longer to be published in collections. The academic committee will organize experts to review the submitted Chinese papers, and will recommend 30 excellent papers to be published in the special journal (China Highway Journal and Transport and Bridge Construction). The quality of the manuscript and related requirements should be met for the contributing journal.
The conference encourages young scholars, as well as doctoral, postgraduate, and senior students to make oral presentations (the presentation language can be in English or Chinese).
